Setup for use in QCharts
Please see your software manual on instructions on how to this up for trading platforms other than QCharts.
To use the plugin you need to configure your Qchart with a new browser and its best to set it up for auto-login by using your personal “TOOL LINK” URL.
1. Login to http://qchartsplugins.com/login
2. Click “Update User Settings”
3. Copy your “TOOL LINK” URL (highlight it then right click & select copy)
4. Open up QCharts
5. Go to View –> Preferences
6. Click the Browser Tab
7. Delete everything from the text field under “Home Page”
8. Right click in the text window and select paste. Your link should populate.
9. Click “OK”
10. Open a new browser by going to File –> New –> Web Browser
11. Click the “Sym” button at the top right of the new browser window until its green. Now the browser will automatically update with the selected workspace symbol.
You can also use all the tools outside of your software package for research purposes. Login
